Real estate auctions in Portugal are scattered across dozens of different websites — courts, tax authorities, insolvency administrators, private auction houses. Each with its own interface, its own search system, its own way of listing properties. If you want to find a good deal, you have to check them all, every day.

We built lastprice to solve this. Think of us as Google, but for auction properties. One search, all sources, zero hassle.

We're a search engine, not an auction house

This is an important distinction. We don't host auctions. We don't sell properties. We don't take bids.

What we do is index publicly available auction listings from across the web and make them searchable in one place. When you find a property you're interested in, we link you directly to the original source so you can get the full details and participate in the auction there.

Every listing on lastprice includes a direct link back to the original auction platform. We always credit the source, and we respect each website's access guidelines. We only index information that is already publicly available to anyone with an internet connection.
